Nouvelle Brewing

Located right across the street from Travail in Robbinsdale, Nouvelle Kitchen brings you craft pizzas from Pig Ate My Pizza and 23 rotating taps of small-batch brews. Enjoy the cozy, brewery-style atmosphere indoors or soak up the sun on our patio during the summer.

Graze food hall by travail

Graze Food Hall by Travail brings seven culinary concepts—and five James Beard-nominated chefs—together under one roof in the North Loop. With multiple bars, a rooftop patio, and a dog-friendly outdoor space, it's the perfect spot for lunch, dinner, or a night out. Grab a meal from one vendor or mix and match flavors to share. Travail Collective is led by chef-owners and James Beard semifinalists Mike Brown, Bob Gerken, and James Winberg. For over 14 years, our culinary team has crafted elaborate chef’s tasting menus, pairing innovative flavors with expertly curated beverages—all inspired by classic and contemporary techniques, specialty ingredients, and a touch of whimsy.

Stargazer

Expect elevated cocktails, evolving plates, and bite flights at Stargazer—our intimate 40-seat bar in Northeast Minneapolis. With a menu of over 50 cocktails and beverages curated by Robb Jones, owner of the James Beard-nominated Meteor, we showcase top-tier ingredients, rare allocations, and hard-to-find spirits. Plus, small bites and plates to create your own tasting menu.

Dream Creamery

Nestled in the Holland neighborhood of Historic Northeast Minneapolis, Dream Creamery serves up homemade ice cream in flavors ranging from reimagined classics to bold, chef-inspired creations.
